information<\/h2>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"about-one__text\">REQUEST FOR P\u00c9CS-POG\u00c1NY AIRPORT DRONE USE CONTRIBUTION<br><br>\n \nIn the case of occasional drone flights that do not require airspace in the airspace belonging to the P\u00e9cs-Pog\u00e1nyi Airport (Traffic Information Zone - TIZ), an annual consent is required from the airport.<br><br>\n \nThe territorial validity of the consent extends to zones within the boundaries of the P\u00e9cs-Pog\u00e1ny TIZ airspace and 3 km away from the center of the airport's runway, outside inhabited areas, up to a maximum height of 120 meters from the ground, but not exceeding 400 (!) meters above sea level !<br><br>\n \nThe consent cannot be used for ad hoc airspace requests and is only valid if the person responsible for the activity fully complies with the provisions of the current drone law!<br><br>\n \nThe annual fee is HUF 7,500 gross, which can be paid by bank transfer or at the airport in cash or by credit card.<br><br>\n \nThe consent can be received electronically (pdf file) or, if required, in printed form in person.<br><br>\n \nTo make a request, send the following information to the e-mail address info@airportpecs.hu:<br>\n\u2022 name of the person responsible for the activity<br>\n\u2022 your phone number<br>\n\u2022  address<br><br>\n \nIf the drone falls into a category for which insurance is mandatory, it must be provided\nthe name of the insurer and the policy number.\n \nIn the event that several people use the drone - typically companies - the request must be made individually.\n \nIn possession of the consent, by complying with the provisions therein and by using MyDroneSpace, the drone user meets the requirements, there is no further reporting obligation to the airport, however, it is the user's responsibility to safely isolate the other airspace in the specified area from users (helicopter, OPINION<\/h2>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"about-two__right-text-box\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"about-two__right-text\">The air traffic service provider's opinion can be issued for a maximum period of 7 days and can be requested no earlier than 45 days before the planned entry into service of the airspace in question.<br>\n \nWith the exception of state, military or law enforcement applicants, only in justified cases can applications be made for occasional airspace in the P\u00e9cs-Pog\u00e1ny TIZ that:<br>\n \n\u2022 its area exceeds 10 km2<br>\n\u2022 the distance between its two furthest points is greater than 5 km<br>\n\u2022 contains more than 4 coordinates<br>\n \nThe fee is HUF 7,000 + 27% VAT<br>\n \nApplications must be sent to the e-mail address:
