Check-in (ticket processing and baggage collection) starts 120 minutes before the departure of the flight. It makes sense to arrive at the airport at this time so that you have enough time for everything before the trip. The check-in desk closes 40 minutes before the plane's scheduled departure time, passengers arriving after this time are no longer allowed to board the flight. Please remove the previous luggage tags from your package! Place the papers and medicines you need for the trip in your carry-on bag. Hand over your travel documents, flight ticket or reservation code, and checked baggage at the ticket desk. At the ticket desk, you will receive your valid boarding pass and the luggage tags for your checked baggage. Bring your valid boarding pass to security.
Ticket processing
A flight ticket and a valid travel document (Passport or Identity Card) are absolutely necessary for ticket processing. It is recommended to check the validity of the travel document in advance, as travel may be refused in the absence of a valid travel document!
Boarding pass
In any case, the passenger must arrive at the delivery gate by the delivery time indicated on the boarding pass. If you do not attend at the specified time or arrive too late, you may be denied boarding.
